Cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 2 days before the booked date incur no charges. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in, at a minimum, the total amount for the first night of the booked accommodation being charged.

Reception Hours: 8:00am – 9pm Mon-Fri, 8.00am – 9pm Sat & Sun
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the rooms. If you smoke or vape in the room and we need to engage a specialist cleaning company, we reserve the right to charge such costs and resulting loss of income to the registered guest. If you are smoking outside your room, please ensure all the windows and doors are closed.
Dining In: The cooking of fish, fish products, spicy or other odoriferous foods is not permitted in this motel unit.
Visitors: The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
Additional Information
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 9.00pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income.
Pets are not allowed.
